Can I organize and book leisure activities myself?
Of course! You can organize your trip and leisure activities by yourself. Our company offers quick and professional organization of your leisure time if you are excited about your upcoming medical treatment. Our agency's prices come with discounts and additional services that you won't have access to unless you apply on your own.
What is my first step in organizing a trip?
You should leave your request on the web site, call or e-mail us info@mc-clinic.com. Upload your medical documentation. Then the coordinator takes the request to work.
What documents should I provide to get preliminary treatment plan and cost calculation?
It is necessary to send us all of your medical documentation that is up-to-date (not older than 1 month) in your native language or translated into English. In addition, we need your diagnostic reports, referrals for diagnostic tests (ultrasound, X-ray, CT, MRI, PET/CT), laboratory and histology test outcomes. Clinical reports must include information about your primary and related diseases. You can also apply for a check-up program.
Is the 100% prepayment obligatory for treatment initiation?
The hospitals in Russia we cooperate with require a 100% advance payment of the preliminary cost of services. If the cost of treatment changes, recalculation will be made: if the treatment is cheaper, you will get a refund; if more expensive, you will need to pay the difference.
Do I need a visa to enter Russia?
It depends on your country of residence. Contact coordinator and we will tell you about the need to obtain a visa for your region.
Is it possible to pay for treatment with a credit card issued outside the Russian Federation?
We are sorry to inform that it is not feasible to use a credit card issued outside the Russian Federation to pay for treatment. However, we can aid in setting up accounts and providing cards to non-residents of our country. This requires a notarized translation of your passport and the individual.
Who is responsible for contracting medical services?
You sign the contract for medical services directly with the hospital on the day of your hospitalization.
Would it be allowed for me to come for treatment with my family members?
Absolutely, you have the option to be with a close person or relative. In case of hospitalization, your relative can stay in the same room or in the hotel. In exceptional circumstances, when the department is occupied, the clinic may not be able to provide you with the room and location you have chosen.
Do I have the right to choose a room at hospital?
Yes, of course.
Can the final cost of treatment change?
The final cost of treatment is subject to change, but it's unlikely to be too much. Estimates are made using your medical records, and if necessary, recalculation is needed.
Can I get a second opinion?
If you have any doubts about the diagnosis being accurate, we can assist you in finding a highly qualified clinician. The results of the consultation will be received in the original hospital form, certified by the doctor's signature. If necessary, we will help with the document translation into your native language.
Do I have to translate my medical documents before sending them to your agency?
It is highly recommended to provide us with documents in Russian or English. If not possible - we are ready to help with translation.
Is it possible to obtain information about my relative s condition while hospitalization?
Yes, each patient is assigned a curator who goes with them to the hospital. They will be able to provide information about the patient upon request.
Do you have any information on where my relatives will be located during my treatment?
Your relatives' accommodation will be taken care of, whether it's in a hospital, hotel, or apartment rental.
